As we expand our digital presence, we're seeking a talented Web and Mobile Designer to craft an exceptional user experience.

Project Overview:

We're in need of a designer who can bring our vision to life by creating a high-end webpage and a synchronized mobile app. Our platform aims to empower patients in their health journey through interactive features, seamless data integration, and effective communication tools.

Requirements:

• Web Design: Craft a visually stunning and user-friendly webpage that embodies our clinic's commitment to wellness and optimization.
• Mobile Design: Develop a synchronized mobile app that seamlessly translates the web experience to handheld devices.
• Questionnaires: Design interactive questionnaires that allow patients to provide essential health information.
• Data Presentation: Create an intuitive interface to showcase lab data and biometric information, with provisions for input modifications by our healthcare providers.
• Integration: Ensure integration capabilities with electronic medical record (EMR) software such as Athena, streamlining patient data management.
• Chat Function: Implement a chat feature that enables direct communication between patients and healthcare providers.

Expectations:

We're looking for a designer who not only possesses exceptional design skills but also a keen understanding of the user experience within the healthcare domain.
